It has been a week since the UPFA resigned from the unity government, Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa being sworn in and President Sirisena proroguing Parliament.
In tribute to these "historical political decisions" taken by President Maithripala Sirisena on October, 26, 2018 for the betterment of the people of Sri Lanka, the President's Media Division said aritist R. G.Pathirathna who resides in Matale presented an artistic wood carving created by him to the President at the Presidential Secretariat (Nov 01) yesterday.
