Twenty eight students placed under quarantine in Maligawatte
Twenty eight students and two teachers from an Arabic school in Maligawatte who had gathered violating quarantine rules have been placed under self-quarantine within the school premises, police said.
Meanwhile, the wife of an employee working in Manning Town, Narahenpita has been tested positive for COVID. They are from Katunayake, police said.
The owner, driver and conductor of a Matugama-Colombo bus have been tested positive for COVID. The National Hospital nurse who was infected with the virus has beenbtravelling in the same bus on a daily basis.
