Two arrested in Mannar with heroin
Two suspects were arrested over the possession of heroin in Uppukulam, Mannar today (Mar 02).
Navy personnel attached to the the North-Eastern Naval Command along with officers of the Police Narcotics Bureau had made the arrest.
The suspects were nabbed with 5.2 grams of heroin, the Navy said.
Meanwhile, the mobile phones of the suspects have been handed over to the Mannar Police for further investigations.
