Two suspects were nabbed in three wheeler by the Police Narcotics Bureau over the possession of heroin worth Rs 1.2 million in Nugegoda at 5 pm yesterday (Dec 14).
The Police Media Division said that the heroin was 1.1 kg in weight.
The arrested suspects have been identified as 34-year old W. Sandun, and 25-year oldYemal Cooray who are residents of Dehiwela.
Further investigations are being carried out by the Police Narcotics Bureau in this regard.
