Two close associates of mastermind behind Easter Sunday attacks arrested

Two close associates of Easter Sunday terror attacks mastermind Zahran Cassim were arrested today (Jun 14), police said.

The arrest had been carried out in Kandy by the Army and the Police Terrorist Investigations Division.

The suspects have been identified as 39 and 42-year old residents of Hingula, Kandy.
