Two persons were killed in Vaddukoddai, Jaffna last night during a clash between two families, police said.
Vaddukoddai police said that victims were 34 and 56 year old males from the two families which had a long standing dispute. One victim was reportedly killed at the scene and another was pronounced dead when admitted to Jaffna Teaching hospital on Friday night.
Vaddukoddai police are conducting further investigations over the incident.
