Two Lankans arrested for smuggling US$ 21,000

Two Sri Lankans aged 31 and 35 were taken into custody for attempting to sumggle a sum of US$ 21,000 to Singapore.

Airport Customs said the duo were identified as residents of Minuwangoda and Pamunugama areas. 

Further investigations are being conducted on the incident .
