Two new Governors were sworn in at the Presidential Secretariat today (Dec 4).
Anuradha Yahampath took oaths as the Eastern Province Governor while Professor Tissa Vitharana took oaths as Governor of the North Central Province.
Six governors were sworn before President Gotabaya Rajapaksa last month. One remaining governor is yet to be appointed for the Northern Province.
