United People's Freedom Alliance (UPFA) Parliamentarians Dilan Perera and S B Dissanayake obtained membership of the Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) today (Aug 29).
The memberships were handed over by SLPP founder Basil Rajapaksa.
The final rites of veteran broadcaster, writer, and lyricist Nirmala de Alwis will be held today at Peradeniya.
