UNP claims No-Faith Motion against MR passed a second time

The United National Party (UNP) has claimed that the No-Confidence Motion against Mahinda Rajapaksa and his Government has been passed a second time. 

The fresh No-Confidence Motion removed Clause 1 in the previous motion, which declared President Maithripala Sirisena's sacking of Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe and appoinment of Mahinda Rajapaksa as Prime Minister was unconstitutional.
