UNP Leader and former Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe has congratulated Britain's Prime Minister Boris Johnson and the Conservative party on its election victory.
Mr Wickremesinghe took to his official Twitter handle saying the "consistency in the Conservative's campaign has allowed them to achieve this victory."
