UNP National List MP Hafeez resigns
United National Party (UNP) National List parliamentarian Dr A R A Hafeez has tendered his resignation to the Parlaimentray secretary with effect from today, party sources said.
Dr Hafeez who is the brother of Sri Lanka Muslim Congress (SLMC) leader Rauf Hakeem was appointed to Parliament under the National List of the UNP.
