The UPFA parliamentarians have decided to boycott tomorrow's party leaders meeting along with the parliamentary session, General Secretary of the UPFA Mahinda Amaraweera said.
MP Amaraweera made this statement following a meeting that was held between President Maithripala Sirisena and UPFA MPs at the Presidential Secretariat a short while ago.
He also said that further steps will not be initiated until the final verdict of the Supreme Court is delivered.
Meanwhile, UNP Deputy Leader Sajith Premadasa will submit a proposal for a vote of confidence motion in Parliament tomorrow to indicate that UNP Leader Ranil Wickremesinghe commands the confidence of Parliament to function as Prime Minister.
Parliamentary sitting will commence at 1 pm tomorrow.
