Vehicle movement will be restricted for a few minutes in the afternoon due to a rehearsal along Galle Face roundabout, NSA roundabout, Ceramic Junction and Regal roundabout, acting Police Spokesman ASP Ruwan Gunasekera told media. Vehicle movement will be restricted from 11.am to 11.15am today. Police from about 100 police stations in the Western Province will be deployed during the visit of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Traffic movements in Colombo will be restricted from time to time on several roads due to the movements of the Indian delegation. Motorists have been advised to use alternative routes during this time.
