The Wekande Jummah Masjid mosque in Colombo 2 has made arrangements to distribute dry rations to some 2,000 families of different communities who have been affected due to the imposition of curfew. The rations packs will be distributed on Thursday.
Volunteers were seen helping to unload the dry ration packs this afternoon. Each of them contain food items to the value of Rs 3,500.
