Former Minister H R Mithrapala has passed away at the age of 73 today (Sept 18).
Mr. Mithrapala was a former parliamentarian who represented the Sri Lanka Freedom Party from the Kegalle district.
It is reported that he had passed away while receiving treatment at the Karawanella Hospital.
