Former Sri Lanka T20 skipper Lasith Malinga has been appointed the bowling coach for the upcoming Sri Lanka's T20I and ODI series against Australia, which will get underway from June 7.
Malinga was the bowling coach of the Indian Premier League franchise Rajasthan Royals in the concluded 2022 edition, where his team emerged runners-up.
Sri Lanka will play three T20 Internationals and three One Day Internationals against Australia in their full bilateral tour which will take place in June and July this year.
