Cricket: Dhananjaya de Silva named Test skipper

Dhananjaya de Silva has been appointed as the captain of the Sri Lanka Test team replacing Dimuth Karunaratne by the national cricket selectors headed by Upul Tharanga at a press conference held in Colombo today (3).

One Day International (ODI) skipper appointed Kusal Mendis has been appointed as the vice captain of the Test team that will begin the 2024 season with the series Afghanistan.
