Minister of Sports, Namal Rajapaksa, has appointed a Technical Advisory Committee today (5) with immediate effect.
The Ministry of Sports releasing an official statement had mentioned the names of Aravinda de Silva, Roshan Mahanama, Muttiah Muralidaran and Kumar Sangakkara as members of the Advisory Committee.
The task of the committee will be to advise and provide recommendations to the Sports Minister, officials of Ministry of Sports and the National Sports Council on cricket and its development at both domestic and national levels.
