Ind in SL: Sri Lanka name 25-man squad
Sri Lanka named a squad of 25 players with Dasun Shanaka as captain for the upcoming white-ball series against India which begins this Sunday (18).
The squad also includes the names of Kusal Janith Perera and Binura Fernando, who had been ruled out of the series due to injuries.
Sri Lanka squad: Dasun Shanaka (Captain), Dhananjaya de Silva, Avishka Fernando, Bhanuka Rajapaksa, Pathum Nissanka, Charith Asalanka, Wanindu Hasaranga, Ashen Bandara, Minod Bhanuka, Lahiru Udara, Ramesh Mendis, Chamika Karunaratne, Dushmantha Chameera, Lakshan Sandakan, Akila Dhananjaya, Shiran Fernando, Dhananjaya Lakshan, Ishan Jayaratne, Praveen Jayawickrema, Asitha Fernando, Kasun Rajitha, Lahiru Kumara, Isuru Udana, Kusal Janith Perera (will not take part due to injury), Binura Fernando (will not take part in the ODI series due to injury)
