Major League Tournament Final Day 02: Tamil Union in driver’s seat

Ex-national cricketer's Isuru Udana late burst of 88 of 72, including additonal late-order knocks, propelled them to set a first innings score of 558 and Colombo Cricket Club was decently placed at the end of day-02 on Friday in the Major League Tournament final at the SSC.

For CCC, it was Kamindu Mendis unbeaten 31, and Minod Bhanuka on 72.

When Tamil Union finished their opening innings, national bowlers Vishwa Fernando and Lakshan Sandakan finished with four victims, each.
