Defending champions St. Peter’s College faced some tense moments but managed to secure a 25-10 victory over Wesley in their Dialog Schools Rugby League match at Bambalapitiya on Saturday.
The Peterites encountered strong resistance from Wesley, who kept the game close with a narrow 12-10 lead at halftime.
St. Peter’s accumulated their points through a goal, four tries, and a penalty, while Wesley scored through two tries.
