Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) on Monday directed the Manager of the National Team to submit a report a pertaining to Sri Lanka's heavy defeat faced against India in the third ODI, which was played on Sunday at Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
The board, announcing through a statement on Monday said, the report should consist of explanations from the Captain, the Head Coach, and the Selection Panel, and also from the Team Manager pertaining to the loss.
The manager is supposed to submit the report, within five-days since Monday (16).
The report will enable SLC to review and understand the background to the team's dismal perofrmances during the final ODI, lost by 317 runs, after being bowled out in 22 overs.
