Dimuth Karunaratne will lead the 17-man Test squad in the two-match series against the West Indies, which will begin after the Twenty20 and ODIs.
The Test squad includes rookie Pathum Nissanka, who has deservingly earned his place alongside Roshen Silva, who makes a comeback after a long absence.
Lahiru Thirimanne, Dhananjaya de Silva, Roshen Silva, Vishwa Fernando, and Lasith Embuldeniya will leave for the Caribbean on Saturday night to join the remaining members of the squad, who are already in West Indies.
