SL players wear black arm bands for today’s game

Sri Lanka Cricket stated, the SL players will honour the late cheerleader Percy Abeysekera by wearing black armbands during today's match against India.

Abeysekera was a vital part of Sri Lankan cricket matches and was instrumental in encouraging and supporting the players from beyond the boundary line.

His name will remain etched forever among cricket lovers, and his enduring influence extends throughout Sri Lanka's pre- and post-test periods.
