Bangladesh resuming on a resounding state of 277 for five down, at Mirpur, unlike the opening day, failed to stay and play.
Kasun Rajitha, picking up a five-wicket haul, also separated the overnight batter, Litton Das, who was removed on 141. That also ended a remarkable recovery by the hosts sharing a 272-run revival.
Mushfiqur Rahim remained high and dry on 175.
Coincidentally, as many as nine wickets were shared between pacies - Rajitha and Asitha Fernando.
