SL tour of IND: Approved SL squad announced

Sri Lanka Cricket Selection Committee selected the following 20-member squad to take part in the upcoming Sri Lanka tour of India, starting on January 3 with the T20-leg, announcing it on Tuesday. 

As the Sunday Times reliably reported a fortnight ago, the visiting team will be under regular captain Dasun Shanaka, and he will be deputised by two vice captains, Wanindu Hasaranga for T20's, and Kusal Mendis for ODI's. [Read]

The team is expected to depart the island on the opening day of the new year.
