Luxe Asia (LA) once again dominated, as their 'A' and 'B' teams retained the Gold and Silver in the 16th edition of the Travel Trade Sports Club (TTSC) Bowling Championships 2017 held last Saturday, at the Strikes Cosmic Bowling Centre, Excel World, Colombo 10.
Aitken Spence Travels (AST) 'A' won the Bronze. The Championship was once again sponsored byOpanima Gems & Jewellery (Pvt) Ltd., Kandy.
The 1st event in the 2017 TTSC Sports calendar, had 60 teams participating. At the completion of Round I, 24 top teams advanced to the semifinals, from which 12 teams entered the final Round.

Final Results
Bronze: AST 'A' 401 points- Dian Janz (169), Lalin Sumanasinghe (119), Yashod Enduruwa (113)
Silver: LA 'B' 430 points- Kajenth Thanabalasingham (161), Husham Hayas (150), Rizwan Kuwaildeen (119)
Gold: LA 'A' 446 points- Shefan Peter (170), Salman Haque (145), Chaminda Dias (131)
Special Award for Highest Scorer in the Final Round to Shefan Peter (170) from Luxe Asia 'A'. The 4th and 5th places went to AST 'B' (395) and EH 'A' (392) respectively.
