The Carrom Federation of Sri Lanka (CFSL) will conduct a training workshop on the updating rules and regulations of the game on December 5 and 6 at the YMBA Hall in Nawala Road, Nugegoda.
The workshop targets carrom players, trainee umpires and individuals willing to take up the game as players or umpires.
