MAST Industries led by Rukshan de Paul, retained the Apparel Premier League T20 Tournament 2017/18 title, with a comprehensive 7-wickets win over Courtaulds Clothing, at Thurstan College ground.
In the playoff for third place, MAS Body Line scored a facile 120-runs win over Avery Dennison.
Nine teams participated in 2 Groups in the 4th edition of the tournament which commenced on Nov.3, the other 5 teams were – Coats Thread Lanka, Brandix Intimates, Antler Printing, Brandix Essentials and Screenline Printing.
In the semifinals, MAST Industries beat Brandix Essentials by default and Courtaulds Clothing beat MAS Bodyline by 2 wickets.
