Media Factory Group, one of country's leading advertising agencies, claimed a double title when they won the Inter-Agency CRICADS 2017 Cricket Championship, played at the Bloomfield Cricket ground in Colombo last weekend.
It is worth noting the Media Factory team who secured the title of the runner-up during the last two years claimed the title, whilst not letting go of the title runner-up, which was grabbed by the team representing Madison Media a subsidiary of the Media Factory Group.
The finals was a close battle between the two sister teams, with Media Factory Group grabbing all honors except one.
Sumith Chandan representing the group secured both the man of the finals as well as man of the series.
Further, team mates T. Aravindan grabbed the best batsman, whilst the award for the best female player was grabbed by Hansadi Perera.
The win depict the team work, attitude of never giving up and the willingness to go an extra mile in clamming glory and honors of both the teams Media Factory and Madison Media, who represented the group, which was evident throughout the tournament.
