Romesh Buddhika has been named to lead the Sri Lanka ‘A’ side in the first four-day unofficial Test match against the visiting South Africa Emerging team. Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) selection committee on Wednesday (8) named a squad of 14-men to represent Sri Lanka ‘A’ against the South Africa Emerging for the first four-day game but without a captain. The SLC today (9) added Buddhika’s name to the squad as the skipper. Sri Lanka ‘A’: Romesh Buddhika (Captain), Sadeera Samarawickrama, Hashan Dumindu, Kusal Mendis, Bhanuka Rajapaksa, Lahiru Madusanka, Lakshan Sandaken, Jeffrey Vandersay, Minod Bhanuka, Nisala Tharake, Kasun Madhushanka, Denuwan Rajakaruna, Kasun Rajitha, Sahan Nanayakkara, Angelo Jayasinghe.
