Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) announced today (15) of two new appointments with immediate effect to the Sri Lanka women’s cricket team. Former national cricketer Lanka de Silva will replace Jeevantha Kulatunga as head coach of the women’s team while Indian Neha Karnik has been appointed as the physiotherapist. “Sri Lanka Cricket wishes to announce that former Test cricketer Lanka de Silva has been appointed as the national women's team Head coach and Neha Karnik from India as the physiotherapist of the team. These appointments will be effective immediately,” an official communiqué issued by SLC stated.
