Sri Lanka's Ishan Bandara beat Yachen Cook of Nauru 3-2 on decisions in the Men's 52kg Round of 16 match to reach the quarter-final stage at the Commonwealth Games 2018 today (9).
Bandara won the bout with decisions of 29-28, 30-27, 28-29, 28-29 and 30-25 from the five judges.
He will meet Thabo Molefe of Lesotho in the Quarter-final 2 on Wednesday (11) at 9.17am Sri Lanka time.
