The Football Federation of Sri Lanka (FFSL) President's XI team beat the touring Promedklinik SC football team from Germany by 5-0 in a friendly match played at the Racecourse ground in Colombo.

Former Sri Lanka caps Kasun Jayasuriya scored two goals while E.B. Channa, Krishantha Abeysekara, Mohamed Izzadeen scored one goal each for the winning team.
