International Cricket Council (ICC) Chairman Shashank Manohar arrived in Sri Lanka last night upon an invitation extended by Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC).
Manohar, who was accompanied by his wife and ICC Deputy Chairman Imran Khawaja, was received by SLC President Shammi Silva and Vice President Ravin Wickramaratne, upon arrival in the island.
The ICC Chairman will engage in a four-day official visit during which he is expected to hold talks with Sports Minister Harin Fernando and higher officials of SLC.
He is also expected to attend Sri Lanka's second test match of the ICC Test Championship which is being played against New Zealand at the P. Sara Oval in Colombo.
