The third longest running partnership with the MCA is the Ceylon Cold Stores PLC, 'Elephant House – Lemonade' Trophy MCA 'D' division 40 Over League Tournament.
Ceylon Cold Stores, a member of the John Keells Group will carry forward their support for the 15th successive year, since 2003.
Fourteen teams are in the fray.
The fourteen teams will play in two groups as follows:
Group 'A': HNB Grameen, Hemas Group, Softlogic Finance, Ceylinco Insurance, Delmage Group, NDB Bank and Airport & Aviation Services.
Group 'B': David Pieris Motor Co. MAS Bodyline, Central Finance, Nations Trust Bank 'B', Expolanka Group, Hilton Colombo Residences and MAST Industries.
The tournament which commences during the last weekend of January will be conducted in two stages – the 'League' and the 'Knock-out'.
The League round consisting 42 matches will go on till March 14.
The league followed by the Knock-out, consisting seven matches to be worked off on March 17 (quarter finals), March 24 (semi finals) April 1 the final at MCA.
The EH Lemonade Special Awards on offer are for the Best Batsman, Best Bowler, Man of the Series and Man of the Final.
