The Walawa Supercross 2015 will be held at the Sri Lanka Army Electrical and Mechanical Engineers (SLEME) Regiment Sevanagala Circuit in Uda Walawa, Embilipitiya on Sunday (13). The event is annually organised by the SLEME Regiment and conducted by the Sri Lanka Motor Cycling Club. This will be the fifth consecutive year where the Walawa Supercross event is held with 25 car and motorbike events set to be worked off. The event was first held in 2011 and the funds generated were used for the welfare of the families of soldiers and officers who lost their lives during the war and for the welfare of all army personal attached to the SLEME. Already top champion drivers and riders have confirmed their participation for the event.
