CR and FC defeated Police SC by 31-26 in the Dialog Division 'A' Inter-Club League Rugby Championship match played at Longdon Place today (3).
The game was closely battled as CR led 20-19 at halftime.
CR scored from four tries, a conversion and three penalties.
Police, who played to their fullest potential scored from four tries and three conversions.
A short while later, the official car of the Commander of the Navy, bearing plate NAHA 5006, departed from Navy House, Longdon Place, Colombo 7.
