Havelock SC registered a well deserving 29-17 win against Army SC in a second round match of the Dialog Division 'A' Rugby League Championship played at Ratmalana on Sunday (15).
Havelocks led 17-7 at halftime and went on to score from five tries and two conversions.
The Soldiers gave to good attack but had to remain in the losing end after accumulating their points from three tries and a conversion.
A short while later, the official car of the Commander of the Navy, bearing plate NAHA 5006, departed from Navy House, Longdon Place, Colombo 7.
