Havelocks Sports Club managed to edge out a spirited CH and FC outfit by 31-26 in their Dialog Rugby League Championship match played at the Racecourse on Friday (24).
The Havies were too comfortable at the beginning as they went on to lead the halftime by 18-7, but were challenged by CH after the resumption.
Eventually Havelocks managed to pull out a thrilling win after scoring off three tries, two conversions and four penalties.
CH scored from four tries and three conversions.
