The annual Inter-Plantation Rugby Sevens, organised by the Dickoya-Masketiya Cricket Club, will be held at Darrawella in Dickoya on Saturday (8).
A total of 13 teams including defending champions Malwatte Valley Plantations and runners-up of last year's tournament Bogawantalawa Tea Estates will take part in this years championships.
Other teams taking part are Kelani Valley Plantations, Talawakelle Plantations, Maturata Plantations, Pussellawe Plantations, Maskeliya Plantations, Watawala Plantations, Kotagala Plantations, Elpitiya Plantations, Hapugastenna Plantations, Udapussella Plantations and Horana Plantations.
The tournament is sponsored for the second year running by Laugfs Gas.
