Former Sri Lanka, Police SC and Isipathana flyhalf Nizam Jamaldeen was re-elected for the fourth consecutive year as the President of the Sri Lanka Rugby Referees' Society (SLRRS) at its 60th Annual General Meeting held at the OPA Auditorium in Colombo on Sunday (15).
S.W. Chang and Aruna Rankotge were appointed as Vice Preisdents while Dinka Peiris retained his position as the Secretary of SLRRS.
Shamrath Fernando was appointed as the Treasurer.
Gamini Indrasena, Madhawa Wijesiri, Pradeep Fernando and Gerald Rasiah are the Committee members.
Jamaldeen took on rugby refereeing and coaching after his playing career and is the current record holder of the most points scored during a season, which is 248 established in 1992.
