Kandy SC had to face stiff challenge before beating CR&FC 22-16 in a Dialog Division ‘A’ Inter-Club Rugby League match played at the Racecourse ground on Friday (18).
CR led the halftime by 9-3 but Kandy bounced back to record a stunning victory with a tally of three tries, two conversions and a penalty.
CR scored from a converted try and three penalties.
