Rugby: Spirited Soldiers upset CH 24-18

Army Sports Club played a gallant game to defeat favourites CH&FC by 24-18 in a Dialog Rugby League Championship match played at Police Park today (1).

At halftime CH led 13-10, but the Soldiers were too powerful and willing as they went on to record a deserving win with a tally of three converted tries and a penalty.

CH scored from two tries, a conversion, a penalty and a drop goal.
