Rugby: Travel Trade Tag Championships on December 1

The 5th Travel Trade Sports Club, 5-a-side Beach Tag Rugby Championships 2018, sponsored by Walkers Tours and hosted by Mt. Lavinia Hotels Group will be held on Saturday, December 1 at the Mt. Lavinia Hotel’s Paradise Beach, commencing 9.00am.

Entries are called from the 170 strong TTSC Membership and will close on Friday, November 23, 2018 with Gayani Karunaratne, C/o Aitken Spence Travels, Vauxhall Tower II, 4th Floor, Vauxhall Street, Colombo 2.

At the previous tournament held on November 19, 2017 at the same venue, Ozo Hotels won the 'Bowl', Cinnamon Grand Colombo won the 'Plate' and Walkers /Whitalls won the 'Cup' Championship beating SriLankan Airlines.

This will be the 10th event in the TTSC’s multi events sports calendar, having earlier completed the Archery, Carrom, Bowling, Football 'Sevens', Fun Motor Rally, Hardball Cricket 'Sixes', Pool, Badminton and Softball 'Sixes'.
