South Africa has taken a giant leap towards the World Cup semi-finals after skittling Sri Lanka for just 133 at the SCG. After winning the toss and opting to bat, Sri Lanka quickly found itself in trouble at 2 for 4, before Kumar Sangakkara (45) and Lahiru Thirimane (41) tried to steady the ship. But matters would only get worse, with spinners Imran Tahir (4 for 26) and JP Duminy (3 for 29) rolling through the middle order to leave Sri Lanka in disarrays. Duminy record South Africa's first ever World Cup hat-trick, dismissing Angelo Mathews (19), Nuwan Kulasekara (1) and Tharindu Kaushal (0) in three consecutive balls spanning two overs. The winner of this match will face either New Zealand or West Indies in Auckland on March 24.
