MAS Intimates swept the board at the Mercantile League Table Tennis Championship 2017 concluded at the S. Thomas' College Indoor Stadium tables.
MAS emerged champions in the Men's 'A' Division, Women's 'A' Division, Women's 'B' Division and Men's 'C' Divisions.
In the Men's and Women's 'A' Divisions the champs faced stiff resistance from Seylan Bank Sports Club paddlers. Seylan Bank, a strong outfit consisting several fine performers never let MAS to have a plain sail to the top. Champions MAS made use of their experience and talent to win this hard fought competition.
Twenty three mercantile establishments with sixty one teams participated at the this year's edition organised and conducted by the Mercantile Table Tennis Association.

Winner: MAS Intimates (Nirmala Jayasinghe, Sukitha Wickremanayake, Gimhan Walisundara, Rajiva Wijethunga and Prasad de Silva)

Women's 'A' Division:

Runner-up: Seylan Bank Sports Club (Vinoli Silva, Chethika Shasini)
Men's 'B' Division:
Winner: Hayleys Group; Runner-up: London Stock Exchange
Women's 'B' Division:
Winner: MAS Intimates; Runner-up: Hayleys Group
Men's 'C' Division:
Winner: MAS Intimates; Runner-up: Commercial Bank Sports Club
Men's 'D' Division:
