Table Tennis: Rohan and Muthumalee win titles

Sri Lanka skipper Rohan Sirisena representing Stag Table Tennis Academy and Muthumalee Priyadharshani of Devananda College, Ambalangoda clinched the Isuru Devapriya Trophies in the Men's and Women's categories at the All Island Open Ranking Table Tennis Championship 2017 conducted by the 82 Batch of St. John's College, Nugegoda in connection with their 102nd year celebrations of the school. 

The tournament was held at the St. Thomas' College Indoor Stadium tables recently with Rohan Maddumage, President of the Western Province TT Association. 

Nimesh Ranchagoda of Royal College and Ruvini Kannangara of SLITT won double crowns with Ranchagoda winning Boys Singles and Mixed Doubles while Kannangara winning Women's Doubles and Mixed Double events highlighted in the tournament.

Women’s Singles: Muthumalee Priyadharshani (Devananda College, Ambalangoda) beat Ruwani Kannangara of SLITT 4-0 (11/6, 11/8, 11/4, 11/4)

Under-18 Girls' Singles: Thanushi Rodrigo (Mahamaya College, Kandy) beat Hansani Piumila (Visakha Vidyalaya, Colombo) 3-1 (15/13, 13/11, 6/11, 11/5)
