Former SLC Chairman Thilanga Sumathipala has said that he will not contest at the upcoming SLC elections which is scheduled to be held next year.
Mr. Sumathipala made this statement while addressing a press briefing at the SSC grounds a short while ago.
The former Chairman had further said that former Secretary of SLC Mohan Silva would contest from his faction.
